In the morning it was still sunny, so I took the kids to the playground for a finale, but after 15 minutes it started to rain and we ran back to the RV. I think that if the kids could vote, this playground would be chosen number one by all three so far on this trip.

The museum itself was great. The museum has lots of fun activities for the kids, including special areas for toddlers. They crawled and climbed through a kid size anthill, did grocery shopping in a pretend supermarket, built train tracks, cured cats and dogs of diseases, painted, and what not. You gotta see the pictures…
In the evening we were invited to the Evans family, good friends from work. Their children are a bit older but they loved playing with our kids. We had a great Italian dinner and the children were very happy to run around the house. Ron especially enjoyed playing and talking with older children.
We are now in a not so “Delux†campground in a not so great part of town, but for one night it will do. Tomorrow, depending on the weather we will go see some more indoor city attractions.
