Today’s weather was dramatically better than yesterday’s torrents. The last of the rain ended around 5:30am and we embarked on a sunny city day. Our first mission was to find a suitable place to park the RV in downtown Denver. Luckily this is not New York or San Francisco, and we easily found an open air (no height limit) parking lot for $4 a day. In SF that’s what you pay pr hour at a cheap place. (more…)

The forecast for the next few days called for lower temperatures and thunderstorms. This was a sign for us to leave the Rockies for lower altitude and indoor activity. So we headed down to Denver today, about 70 miles away. (more…)
